Family ("we", "our", "us") uses Google APIs to let you view family relationships from your Google Contacts.

• Google account OAuth access token (stored in your browser local storage).
• Google Contacts data you authorize us to read (names and relationship data used to build your family tree).

• To authenticate you with Google.
• To read contacts and generate the family tree view in the app.
• To operate and improve the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your Google Contacts data with third parties except as required by law.

Data retention

Data is used for app functionality. OAuth tokens are kept in your browser until you remove them (for example, by clearing browser storage).

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and during app operation, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Your choices

• You may stop using the app at any time.
• You can revoke access in your Google account permissions settings.
• You can clear local browser storage to remove saved tokens.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13.
